I host online classes publicly via zoom: Tues, Thurs, Sat & Sundays.

£10 drop in fee.

Private Sessions

1-2-1

 

Private (1hour or 90 minute) sessions available via zoom/one to one teaching & in the privacy of your own home.

£40 online

£70 in person

Group Classes

Cutting the cost of private 1-2-1 classes, if you &  others want to form a small group and share a 1 hour or 90 minute private session on a regular basis you can substantially cut the cost and get individual attention.

Yoga in the park

Groups and work place yoga classes can be arranged in your local park. Weather permitting.

 

Work Place Classes

The benefits of Yoga and holistic therapies to motivate, inspire and rejuvinate staff in the work place has been proven as an incentive to increase staffs moral and productivity. In the workplace classes can be arranged to suit your bussinesses preferences- morning, lunchtime or after work classes. If you have a room and a group of people interested get in touch.

Healthy Hen do's are the new trend. I offer tailored packages for the hen and friends to enjoy a unique and special yoga class, music and yoga mats provided. Choosing a locationof your choice. Packages can be tailored to your needs and specific budget.
